- Professional Status (ACCA): Your current ACCA status (e.g., Member, Affiliate, Student), year of admission/affiliation, PER status, and details of exams yet to be completed.
- Employment Information: Current employment status, employment type, company name, position, and start date.
- Work History: Details of your previous professional work experience, including company, location, position, and duration.
- Educational Background: Details of your academic and professional qualifications.
3. How We Use Your Information
The data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To Build a Community Database: To create a directory of Malayali chartered accountants and students in the UK, fostering a strong professional network.
- To Provide Career Support: To identify members seeking employment and connect them with potential job opportunities through our Job Centre initiative.
- To Offer Academic Guidance: To understand the academic needs of our student members and provide targeted support and mentorship through our Skills Academia.
- To Tailor Events and Services: To organize events, workshops, and networking opportunities that are relevant to the professional and academic needs of our members.
- To Communicate with You: To send you relevant information about MCC-UK events, initiatives, and opportunities.

Your privacy is our priority. We are committed to ensuring your information is secure.
- Storage: All data submitted through this form will be stored securely in a private, access-controlled database within our Nextcloud instance, hosted on a private server.
- Security Measures: We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personal data. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorized members of the MCC-UK administrative team.
- Data Sharing: We will never sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so. Anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., "30% of our members are part-qualified") may be used for statistical purposes, but this will never identify any individual.
